Is there a complete features list (GC 7.x)?
I've lost track of all the features supported up to now in GraphicConverter 7.x. Is there a complete list of features / capabilities? I'd particularly like to see what GC 7.x does (as of Oct. 22, 2011) ) with slide show features / capabilities. TIA

Re: Epson 1650 scanner
<r>Just saying, in order to "save" my Epson Perfection 3160, I ended up buying VueScan. It really does work very well. If you get tired of trying to get your scanner back to a usable state like I did: that's the recommendation I got. --- In <EMAIL email="gcmac@yahoogroups.com">gcmac@yahoogroups.com<...

Re: GC 7.3 My Slide Show Priorities
<r>Updating my original post on GraphicConverter 7 Slideshow: 3. I was mistaken in thinking I could "reach" deeper into the subfolders by "Selecting All" - I still have to open the enclosing folder and when I select "all" the slideshow only indexes those (first layer) subfolders, not those sub folde...

Re: GC 7.3 My Slide Show Priorities
<r>Thank you Thorsten. I will try the latest beta as soon as I can. Now I'm hoping you will have time to provide the other features I (and others) would like to see in GC 7. --- In <EMAIL email="gcmac@yahoogroups.com">gcmac@yahoogroups.com</EMAIL>, Thorsten Lemke <lemke@...> wrote: > > Hello, > > Th...

Re: GC 7.3 My Slide Show Priorities
<r>Eliminate Number 3 on this list: I have discovered how to select ALL the subfolders in a Master Folder. It's that, unlike GC 6.x, I have to actually select them all rather than just selecting the Master Folder. Still can't change duration of image display. Still can't find anything which would sh...

GC 7.3 My Slide Show Priorities
<r>Slide Show is what I use GC for most frequently. Tried GC 7.3 yesterday and today, for the first time, and find three things "missing." 1. The preference panel allows selection of duration of image display is at 5 sec. I could not change this value. ? I tried entering a higher or lower number w/o...

Re: BUG in all versions
<r>Oops! My bad - you're right. I too get nothing from the Command + click combination. The file path is shown at the bottom of the Finder window when you use Command + F (the Find command) and have highlighted an item in that window. That is the only way of seeing paths that I can recall, other tha...

Re: BUG in all versions
<r>Hello Robert, Wouldn't that be Control + Mouse Click? Thats the key combination & behavior I've gotten, at least with my Mac Pro + Apple keyboard running both 10.5 and 10.6. --- In <EMAIL email="gcmac@yahoogroups.com">gcmac@yahoogroups.com</EMAIL>, Thorsten Lemke <lemke@...> wrote: > > Hello,...

Re: New MacBook Pro
<r>I don't know about "we" but I know that when I'm interested in buying a recently upgraded Mac, I monitor not only the appropriate section of Apple Discussions but a few of the "traditional" Mac oriented sites for reports of problems. Usually, if there is a problem with a new version of a model, i...

Re: New MacBook Pro
<r>I'd wait to see if there are any issues with excess heat for the quad core MacBook Pro. If you go to the Apple Support Discussions you'll still see the occasional report of cases cracking and other heat-caused problems - even with the comparatively mild MacBooks. --- In <EMAIL email="gcmac@yahoog...
