Running GC 10.6.1 (1854) on Yosemite 10.10.3, when I use the Selection tool, I find that I can make a selection only in multiples or blocks of 20 pixels. I have the aspect ratio set to "none."This prevents me from making a precise selection.

This morning, I'm getting a .dmg file of different sizes (68 or 79 MB) that won't mount.

That fixed it. I've no idea how it became unchecked. Thank you.

I'm sure there's a simple solution but, when I select an area in a grayscale .jpg document and paste it somewhere else in the document, it's pasted inverted — white background becomes black and black text becomes white. How do I change this?
