[Solved] Browser tags, keywords and so forth
I use the browser a lot and it is very useful. I never had a reason to change what appears with each image but I do now. I want to show tags, keywords and Title only. Now there are several other items that just clutter up my screen. How do I control what shows under the image? I am sure it is obviou...

Re: Change font size when printing metadata
I found the answer to my own question more or less by accident. I can use the Print Catalog to do pretty much the same thing as Print Folder but with more options including placement of the IPTC Caption in the Header and Footer. GC has so many ways to do the same thing that it is difficult to chose ...

Re: Change font size when printing metadata
Many thanks. This works just as I had wanted. Now my wife would like the caption at the bottom of the image rather than the top. The preference has "Print header" but there is no "Print Footer" that I can see. That is not real important but it would be nice to have a choice. I ca...

[Solved] Change font size when printing metadata
When I print a picture and want to show the metadata, the filename or IPTC Caption comes out very small. How can I control the size of the font?

edit item in Services menu
In the Services menu, there are several GC functions. One that I use quite a bit is "GraphicConverter 10:Convert to jpeg (Quality 75%)" This always puts the file into the same folder as the original. My problem with this is that I want have the Service create a new sub-folder and put the o...

Smart Trim
Is there a tutorial showing how the Smart Trim works? I get mixed results with it and need some examples showing how it works.

Re: concat as batch in Browser
Thanks for the fast reply. Since I normally concatenate two images at a time and always in the Browser, a batch makes more sense to me. Also, the toolbar and the various dropdown menus are already pretty crowded. My own preference is for the Batch since I would follow it with other actions. Thanks f...

concat as batch in Browser
I use Batch functions in the Browser often. I would like to use Concat from the Convert & Modify menu as part of a Batch function in the browser. I do not know how it would work but how about just adding Concat to the File Operations menu of the Batch Editor? Is there another way to do this? Tha...

Re: Batch file for "save for web"
Using the Change Format Batch function, there are no options that I can see. However, if I change the options in the File/Save dropdown menu, it seems to apply those options to the Batch function. If I set the Quality to 70 or 80, I get reasonable file sizes.
Thanks for the help.
