Possible to add or remove pages from a multipage Windows Icon (*.ICO
I have a Windows Icon file with multiple icons in it.GraphicConverter opens the file, and shows each icon on a different page.I can navigate between the pages, but I can't see any way to insert a new page or delete an existing one.Is this possible? How?

editing multi-page PDFs: I only get the 1st page
I have a 3-page PDF, and I want to edit the 2nd page. When I open it with GC, only the 1st page opens. Is there ANY way to edit the 2nd (or 3rd) page of a PDF? If so, what's the trick?
