I've been struggling off and on for some years to try to get Despeckle … to work. It would be helpful if there was a paragrapgh in the manual explaining it only works with B&W images or the operation was simply not available for colour images …

Perhaps I'm being very slow but I've never understood the Despeckle… function or how it's supposed to work - it doesn't seem to be mentioned in the manual anywhere. My understanding is that it is supposed to remove "dust" marks from images? I'm clearly doing something wrong as what it does...
