[Solved] Which Backup Preferences To Import?
In the Backup Preferences folder, what is the difference between the final entry, "Preferences.xml," and the entry immediately above it, "2020-11-10 07.50.46.xml?" Which one should I import to restore my Preferences after they've been corrupted? Thanks.

Re: [Solved] Create Custom Keyboard Shortcuts?
Thanks, Thorsten. I learned my command must be identical to GC's menu command. Once I realized that, I was successful!

[Solved] Create Custom Keyboard Shortcuts?
I am sure I remember the ability in GC to create custom keyboard shortcuts. I created Command/Shift/ G to place a grid on an image. It no longer works and I can't find a way to bring it back. Am I crazy?

Thank you. Embarrassed I didn't realize that feature existed. But that's because GC is always rock solid!

Re: Show Folder Tree Not Working
That was it, Thorsten; thanks!
I restored my default preferences one-by-one, Thorsten, using saved PDFs as references. Is there a way to restore all of them electronically?
Thanks again.

[Solved] Show Folder Tree Not Working
The Show Folder Tree bug is back, Thorsten! I'm running 11.2.1 (4400) on 10.15.5 Catalina and the folder tree doesn't appear in the browser. View/Show Folder Tree doesn't work and clicking the Folders icon doesn't work, either. Is there a way to have it appear by default, like in the good old days? ...

Catalina Can Break Printers; GC Can Help!
Apple's move to Catalina and full 64-bit can break a printer's ability to print many PDFs although many other functions remain operative. My Xerox 3600 is one; Xerox has stopped supporting it, and there's no upgraded driver available. Other brands are similarly affected. Gutenprint can't help, at le...

Re: Show Folder Tree in browser not staying on?
Looks like you fixed it in 11.1.2, Thorsten! Folders appear when downloading from the camera and then again in the file when I open it in 10.15.2. Thank you!

Just activated my upgrade to 10.15.2 Thorsten and folders did not appear. I activated the file twice but no luck.

Re: Show Folder Tree in browser not staying on?
On the way, Thorsten. I learned something new today!
I was just prompted to upgrade to 10.15.2; I'll give that a go, too!
