Solved my own problem. Reading other posts led me to the Preferences -> General -> Memory -> Disable undo for large images

[SOLVED] Undo not working/not enabled
I'm using GraphicConverter 10 (10.4.2 - 2769) to edit a PDF file I imported.
The "Undo" menu is always dimmed/not enabled, so I can't fix any mistakes. Thoughts?
