Select and then rotate selection frame and content?
Say I want to draw a daisy flower. I draw a petal. I select it (with polygonal selection for instance) , then I copy selection. Then I paste it. Then I need to rotate selection with content for new angle of new petal. But it seems impossible. I may only translate selection with content; I cannot rot...
