I'm sorry for taking so long to get back to this topic. In the past (since at least mid 2008), when the iCalamus zoom was set to 100%, the screen display was dimensionally correct. If the page size was A4, then a ruler placed across the screen measured the page width as 21cm. Please see the attached...

I have just set up a 24inch M1 iMac with Big Sur 11.5.2 and iCalamus 2.23. The zoom value needs to be set to 400% to have the rulers at the correct size irrespective of which of the 5 display resolutions are set in the display preferences. See the attached photo.
