I ran the First Aid Tool. Conversion attempts failed with different error messages. See attachment. I've had enough for tonight. This used be easy. Now...?

Normal Mac version. Also, I noticed some mention of this problem the other day from someone else with this issue, with no solution. Now I can't find the post!

The normal version, downloaded from your site. Just so you know, I've tried re-installing, resetting my Mac (SMC & NVRAM, etc), cleaning out the caches. Nothing will make this work. Very frustrating.

Can't work with .jpg image files in GC 10.6.8
Since updating to the latest version of GC, I can't adjust quality/compression setting and successfully save the resulting file. I get an error message telling me it can't be saved. No explanation given. I checked all the settings I could and can't find the issue. I'm somewhat of a novice at this, b...
