The problem is solved.
I restarted GraphicConverter and now the missing data is shown. I didn't know, that I have to restart the program, because some changes I made worked at once without restart.

So far I like GraphicConverter very much. Seems as if I found a good alternative to On1 PhotoRAW for my photos. Some things are very new for me and I try to understand.
