I am going to do a standard ‘over the top’ update as above. I am running the latest version of the app. Do I need to do anything - apart from backing up first - such as -
Deregister?
Any thing else I need to be aware of?

Is it possible to have a number of folders in thumbnail view sorted by name, but the contents of each sub folder sorted by creation date? Or is the sort order a universal 'thing'?

I am trying to view a jpeg in the browser. The preview window shows two greyish bars. The image opens fine in Affinity Photo. I have not seen this behaviour before. I wonder if I have a setting set wrong or something else? Hope you can help me.

Using a Mac with trial GC latest. When I click on a folder to view I get the spinning beachball for a few seconds before I see the thumbnails. Is there any way I can get rid of this?
