GraphicConverter can only rotate image files.
Rotation of MOVs is on the ToDo list.

Dear Pétur,
this does normally indicate a dropped internet connection or a failure in the Sparkle update framework.
Just quit GraphicConverter and retry or download the update directly from our web server.

You can use the batch action "Remove Bad Pixel" for that.
Just select the black pixel with the bad pixels in the popup.
Now you can process your source files with the batch.
