Resizing a selection

Resizing a selection, when you've selected that the selection be constrained to a specific aspect ratio is still completely broken. When trying to resize by dragging one of the corner handles, any mouse movement attempting to grow the selection that isn't at a perfect 45% angle is ignored. Any mouse movement in a direction making the selection smaller isn't ignored, so as you try to move the mouse pointer back toward the handle that isn't following your pointer, the selection *shrinks.* If dragging the bottom side of the selection down causes the right side to hit the image side, the selection suddenly shrinks down to half the size it had before. If dragging the top side up causes the left side of the selection to hit the image side, the selection freezes, and you can't resize it any more, unless you release the handle. And when you try to resize it again using the top side handle, if your first move is up, even by a single pixel, it freezes again.
