They seem to work well for me - I’ll let you know if I come across any bugs.I like your new name for the first item in the Print.. submenu “Complete Drawing scaled onto 1 page” which makes it much clearer.I think I have now nearly solved the problems I reported about printing from drawings created in a previous version of CADintosh, when the output is larger than one sheet of paper. (I have been using CADintosh for over 15 years and have many old drawings that I may want to update or re-print.) The answer (with the latest beta release, anyway) is to delete the area created in the previous version of CADintosh and create a new area. Printing that area now works correctly. The only thing missing from a print such as that on multiple pages is the crop marks which would make it much easier to guillotine the paper for joining up. It would be nice if there was an option to turn the crop marks on & off, but I would be happy to have them always present if that is easier to implement. The separate menu item “multipage print” is still not working for me - although I am not sure what different result it is intended to achieve from that described above. If the crop marks were implemented as above I see no particular use for the multipage print option and would be happy to see it disappear!Anyway, the following are my observations on the multipage print option:(1) There doesn’t seem to be a way of choosing the paper orientation for best use of paper - Page Setup does not appear to be honoured.(2) It has no way of choosing which printer will be used (I would like to be able to choose eg B/W or colour printer)(3) Only the first page has any of the drawing on it, the bottom left-hand corner. All other are blank except for crop marks.(4) The crop marks are incomplete; the left-hand pair are OK (about 25mm each leg) but those at top & bottom right are horizontal lines only, no vertical parts. I think the vertical parts are falling outside the printable area as the horizontal lines are only 23mm.Thanks again for all your work (and on Graphic Converter) and please accept my comments as intended to be constructive!in friendshipRowland: Rowland Carson ... that's Rowland with a 'w' ...: <rowlandcarson@gmail.com> http://www.rowlandcarson.org.uk: Skype, Twitter: rowland_carson Facebook: Rowland Carson: pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/rowlandcarson

How do you make movies of your screen actions like that? Is there a special application or is it perhaps part of the Mac OS I have not yet found (maybe because still on 10.9.5)?in friendshipRowland: Rowland Carson ... that's Rowland with a 'w' ...: <rowlandcarson@gmail.com> http://www.rowlandcarson.org.uk: Skype, Twitter: rowland_carson Facebook: Rowland Carson: pictures: http://picasaweb.google.com/rowlandcarson

If you launch Quicktime Player or Quicktime Pro without a movie, then go to the File Menu: Select New Movie Recording. Built-in to the OS. If you need BOTH audio and motion, then you’ll have to re route your audio via something like SoundFLower, then bring the two tracks ( audio and video ) together in iMovie or the like. Al - thanks for your message, that works fine for me. I used Loopback from Rogue Amoeba for the sound and that was easy. I am always amazed at the stuff built-in to Mac OS. Happy to help. Thing you have to remember is that Mac OS is based on a Unix variant and behind the scenes and the GUI, you have litterally thousands of applications and daemons that are available to use. I probably spend a good third of my time in the Terminal when developing.Good luck.Al On Apr 4, 2016, at 4:57 AM, Rowland Carson rowlandcarson@gmail.com [cadintoshmac] <cadintoshmac@yahoogroups.com> wrote:> On 2016-04-03, at 20:15, Al Szymanski aszy@mac.com [cadintoshmac] <cadintoshmac@yahoogroups.com> wrote:> >> If you launch Quicktime Player or Quicktime Pro without a movie, then go to the File Menu: Select New Movie Recording.
