Will GraphicConverter support the HEIF image format that Apple is supposedly using in iOS 11? I suggest it does

yes, GraphicConverter will support this on 10.13 or later.
I added already the import:
http://www.lemkesoft.org/beta.html
The export will follow in a few weeks.
Do you maybe have sample files which contain EXIF or XMP metadata? Because all samples from the Nokia GitHub site have no metadata.

No, sorry. I just discovered the format and related video format on the 9to5 article. I'm wondering how long it will take for websites to support the format.
