The Layers options are pulled down with left click and right click. Can we unify, left only?

The bottom right popup is opened with a normal left click onto the icon - following to the Apple Human Interface Guidelines.
The other menu is the context menu. That is opened by the right mouse button click (as usual).
So, the user has two ways to get the menu.
What is the exact issue?

All right, I have inverted the titles in blue: Right Click Only with Left Click Only; apologies.
Then Apple Human Interface is respected and we have two ways to call the menus.
So I have a 50% probability to get it right.

Not so important.
