Hi,
please forward sample files to support@lemkesoft.de (i.e. by dropbox).
Which macOS do you use?

Re: import does not display rw2 and video file from Lumix LX100
thank you for your quick answer Thorsten, I just realised that I was using pictbridge (PTP) technology to link the camera, when I use the simple PC USB plug, I can see the raw files and the mp4 files in the GC import browser, but I still can't see the AVCHD ones, looks like I am not the only one to have problems with those files... so as I can't see them I can't download them and the camera won't let me do it either.

I suggest to use a simple USB card reader. So, you can mount the SDCard like a normal disk.

Thank you, so I did too... but one need to dig deeper to find those files.
as suggested here ;

You need to open the Private folder, then control-click the AVCHD file to show package content, then control-click the BDMV file to show the package content, the videos will be in the STREAM folder as MTS files...
So to resume, if you have a Lumix camera, set the video to mp4, and connect through PC connection (USB), if you already have AVCHD files check above on how to get them.
I hope this will help other users...
case closed, thank you Thorsten, have a nice Sunday
