[Solved] Problems with Browse Commands

Post by edfoskey »

Here are my steps:

1. Open GraphicConverter (I am using the latest update of GC10 with the latest update of Mojave).
2. In the First Steps Window, I choose Browse...
3. This opens a Finder window. The one in the attached screen clip is in iCloud about 4 or 5 directories deep.
4. When I choose the directory with the photos, I end up getting the screen that I have clipped and named GC03.jpg.
5. Now, I am stuck digging in my library to find my iCloud directory to dig to where the desired directory is found.

I just recently purchased a new iMac and installed GC10. I do not have this problem on my laptop with the same setup.

I use this regularly for batch resizing of documentation photos for my work. I need this quite often every week.

Am I missing a setting somewhere?

Thanks, in advance, for any help you may be able to offer.

The iCloud folders are hidden inside the Library.

Enable the display of hidden files and folder in the GraphicConverter prefs.
That will fix it:

I just tested this, and it worked perfectly! Thank you, again, for your help.
