Hi,
just upgraded to GC11.0 (thanks for continuing to work on GC!) and encountered a little problem with .tif/.tiff files. I used Affinity Photo (1.7.0 -- just released) to edit and then save a .tif which seems to corrupt the file for GC. I can still view the file in Affinity Photo but not GC. Could be an Affinity Photo issue. Don't know. Just mentioning it here to see whether anyone else has had similar problem. Can't attach an example due to the size of the file (even when zipped).

MBP mid-2012, Mojave 10.14.5, GC11.0, Affinity Photo 1.7.0

The prior GC11 beta build seemed to resolve the 16bit grayscale issue, but build 4018 seems to step back. If that's intended/known, cool. Just mentioning.

the file displays here correct in the 4018.

Did you launch the 4018?

Hi, yes, with 4018 some tifs work and others don't. The example I sent via email works correctly, but there are still some tifs which do not.

Will send you another two files. One which renders correctly and another which does not.

Both come from the same batch of scans I did with Epson Scan 3.9.4.0.

Build 4022 fixes the TIFF 16 bit grayscale issue. I did modernize a main part of the import code.
