GC11 (build 4003) & Mojave (10.14.6
When I add folders to the favorites tab in the browser they only work right after adding them. Once I close the app and then reopen it, none of my favorites work anymore (clicking on them has no effect) except for my home user folder which always work properly. I can remove the favorite and re-add it and it will work again while GC stays open, but once I close it down the next time I open it, it is dead again.
Also the default when I installed GC11 was to have favorites Pictures, Movies, and my home folder "Patrick". The Pictures and Movies favorites do not work anymore either (I didn't add those, you did). But as mentioned, my user director "Patrick" favorite always works.

Do you use the normal or the Mac App Store version of GraphicConverter?

I am using the normal (direct download) version to take advantage of the upgrade pricing which the Mac App Store does not offer.

Re: Favorites shortcuts don't work after restart of app
I downloaded the latest release today, but the favorites still act the same (broken). Any chance you looked at my preference file yet?
And to note in case it is relevant, I installed GC 11 fresh on this brand new computer. So no previous version has been on it before. And I created the preferences from scratch. I didn't import any old preferences or other files from another version.
