Hello all
One week ago, I was able to open the "Convert" dialog (through the "control-command-M" keybord shortcut)
Since then, I upgraded my Mac to Catalina, and GraphicConverter got upgraded to version 11.1
Now, I cannot open a "Convert" dialog anymore.
In the System Preferences, I gave GraphicConverter full disk access, but I still cannot open the "Convert" dialog
Somebody can tell me what the problem is?
Thanks

I just rechecked. The window opens here perfectly.
Is there any error message in the console?
What happens if you trash the prefs with our First Aid Tool?

I managed to make it work again
I tried many menu items up to the moment when I have been asked for the retina setting
After that, the Convert dialog was accessible again
Maybe related to the prefs like you said

Re: Cannot access Convert dialog since Catalina upgrade or GC 11.1 upgrade
Hello, I am having a similar issue after updating to Catalina and to 11.1. I cannot do batch renames. I can open a specific picture and change the name. I've tried and failed at renaming using convert and Modify and also by selecting photos and right clicking for Rename(simple). When I use convert and Modify, it shows the correct rename, but the file name doesn't actually change. I noticed the person who originated this topic has a similar problem, so I downloaded the bandaid and used it. Nothing changed. suggestions?

The rename works here.
Please e-mail the saved rename settings for testing. Is there any error message in the console?

Thank you! Your question solved my problem. I was trying to use the international date standard of YYYY-MM-DDThh:mm
My computer doesn't accept : in the name of a file. No error code was given, it just appeared to me as if nothing happened when the RENAME button was pressed.

The colon is a reserved character in the macOS file system.
I updated now the rename process. Any existing colon characters will be replaced with the very similar raised colon from the unicode.
Please recheck with the latest BETA:
