How to select a group of photos by name parameter?

I imagine this is pretty simple, but could use some guidance.
I have a number of folders that contain duplicate images, the duplicates all have the (1) as part of there name.
How do I select just the images with (1) in the name so I can delete them. I tried using the search function in the finder (MacOS Catalina), but it keeps crashing or spiing out when I try to search within a folder containing a large number of images.
