[Solved] Show Folder Tree Not Working
[Solved] Show Folder Tree Not Working
The Show Folder Tree bug is back, Thorsten! I'm running 11.2.1 (4400) on 10.15.5 Catalina and the folder tree doesn't appear in the browser. View/Show Folder Tree doesn't work and clicking the Folders icon doesn't work, either. Is there a way to have it appear by default, like in the good old days? Thanks.

It works here.
So, maybe your prefs got corrupted.
Please trash with our First Aid app:

That was it, Thorsten; thanks!
I restored my default preferences one-by-one, Thorsten, using saved PDFs as references. Is there a way to restore all of them electronically?
Thanks again.

Re: Show Folder Tree Not Working
Yes, just use the backup feature in the GraphicConverter menu.

Thank you. Embarrassed I didn't realize that feature existed. But that's because GC is always rock solid!
