Privilege problems

Hi, I use GC to batch convert files on a server (Mac OS X Server 10.4.11) from a client machine (Macbook running 10.5.2). I've recently been having problems with this. When I've been overwriting an old file with a new file, I've been getting an error message to say that I don't have the correct privileges. The dialogue asks me if I want to stop or continue. Whichever option I choose it stops, but it has saved the converted image and deleted the old one. I have checked and I do have the correct privileges on the server (ACL's). This doesn't happen everytime, but haven't yet worked out why it works sometimes and not others. I can't be quite sure, but I think this problem has started to occur since installing Leopard. Any suggestions? Matt
