GPX versus Photo time

I would like to request that GraphicConverter add a way to input the offset between the time in a GPX file compared to the clock time of the camera. I routinely use GPX files to Geo Tag my photos and currently use GPSPhotoLinker rather than GraphicConverter because GPSPhotoLinker can accommodate the time difference between my camera and my gps whether it is a time zone issue or if my camera clock is set incorrectly.
