Anti-Aliasing

Post by watcombeman »

A debate has been raging on uk.comp.sys.mac on whether GC 7.* has anti-aliasing, and if so, whether it is the same as that in GC 6.* The only reference I can find in Hagen's manual is on page 192, "New in Graphic Converter 7.2", where I find ""Option to disable anti-aliassing for text added". It doesn't say where to find this option. Can one of you experts enlighten me? John.

Hi John, GC6 uses QuickDraw anti-aliasing. GC7 uses Cocoa/Quartz anti-aliasing. Oh, and by the way, where do I find the option to disable anti-aliasing in text? I've looked everywhere I can think of (including the tools) and I cannot find it!
