Print settings
When I print I do not get the header, i.e., the file name at the top of the page, although I do get the footer page number. I use 'Scale to Fit' and 'Absolute centered'. The preview on the print page (ACEA preview, whatever that is) shows what I want but not what I get when I print. I've also used custom scale 150% which has worked for me in the past. Pref I'm not finding? dvd
