Constrained Ratio Crop Tool

I have a few thousand scanned photographs. They all need to be cropped and I would like to settle on a common ratio (9x16, 4x6, not sure yet). So what I would like is to run through a folder, cropping as I go. But I need a control like I have on other editors that constrains the crop tool to a certain ratio. GC has everything so I am sure it is there. But where?
