Converting often and easy TIFF to JPG w/ Automator?

Hi & good day, I tried Automator, but it stopped half-way. Whenever I save a TIFF to a specific folder, I want Automator to automatically convert the image to a - say 90% quality - JPG image. (Although Automator says: Workflow completed; it doesn't actually do it!!) Has anyone tried, certainly. Or if there is another way to simplify this process?? Any advice welcome, with best regards, Omar K N (Stockholm, Sweden)
