GC 8,8 (1310)

Post by Robert Poland »

Thorsten,Still BROKEN.It seems to me that both the Position and the Tools windows are no longer remembered by the preferences.I position them where I want them. Quit the App. When the app is restarted they both return to their default locations.I have trashed and rebuilt the preferences, shutdown and restarted the computer. ANDI have an Applescript to arrange the windows that no longer recognizes the Tools window and won't position the Position window.TIA,Robert PolandiMac, Mid 2011, 12,2 2.7 GHz Intel Core I5, 27”  12 GB Ram, 1TB HD OS X 10.8.4 (12D78)

Attachments :Hello Robert, that is still on the todo list.I changed nothing in the code. So, maybe Apple did change something with 10.8.4.By default the Apple window restore mechanism does set the default position.Thorsten (important note: please always include this complete email in your reply)-----------------------------------------------------------------Thorsten LemkeLemke Software GmbHZum Rohkamp 5e31228 PeineGermanyPhone: +49 5171 72200 (German)Phone: +49 5171 72202 (English)Mobile:+49 171 1420235Fax:   +49 5171 72201WWW:   http://www.lemkesoft.comE-Mail:lemke@le ... omfacebook: http://www.facebook.com/LemkesoftXING: http://www.xing.com/profile/Thorsten_LemkeLinkedin: http://www.linkedin.com/in/thorstenlemkeBusiness details:Amtsgericht Hildesheim HRB 101500Geschaftsfuhrer Dipl.-Ing. Thorsten, Just discovered another anomaly… If I check "Toolbox: Follow main window" only the Tools window follows the main window.
