Serious bug in 8.8.1

I took some photos and tried to upload them to my computer with my ususal renaming option: Change name to Foto YYYY-MM-DD.(jpg/mov according to file type).I got an error message and the photos disappeared from both the camera and the target folder on my computer. The message was about renaming.

Where do I find the settings? I tried again today. I used theese settings on pictures on my disk and they worked.I have not tried importing photos with renaming.It seems to have been an isolated case.
