Catalog picture text size

There seems to now be a minimum size limit of 9pt on the text used to identify the pictures when creating a catalog image in vs.9.1.  Older versions would only scroll down to 9pt, but allow smaller numbers to be overtyped.  (MacBook Pro, OS 10.9.2)     Peter
