Stamp Tool BUG GC 9.1 and before
Thorsten, There is a bug in the Stamp Tool. It’s been there forever. The circle and the crosshairs seem to appear and disappear at random. Seems that they disappear if the cursor is not moved between clicks and reappear if the cursor is moving when clicked. Current version(?), Version 9/1 (1559) and all (?) previous versions. Tested on JPG, TIF, PNG. with stamp tools from 4 px to 100px. With Stamp Tool selected, area set to 100, area selected, move to an area to stamp, Click, DO NOT MOVE, Click again. Circle disappears. > > Thorsten > > > > >> Thorsten, >> >> There is a bug in the Stamp Tool. Thorsten, I tried this on my MBP, see signature. Results were different. After the second click the circle becomes the arrow cursor. Moving it causes it to revert to the circle.
