Cannot get view to 100%

Attachments :Screenshot 2014-10-21 04.21.50.pngScreenshot 2014-10-21 04.21.31.pngOk, this is weird.  This morning I was editing a graphic using the GraphicConverter 9.4.1 (1754) beta and could not get the view to 100% (or 200%, or any specific %).  If I choose 100%, it changes to 99%.  If I choose 200%, it displays as 199%.  GC always seems to display 1% smaller than my choice.  I have chosen 100% from the pull down menu and I have entered 100% manually and it always displays 99%.  Bug?

Hello,please check your prefs part general/window content. Yep, that was it.  I think I prefer scale turned on though so I will live with the -1%.  Thanks.
