Set EXIF date

Hello,This is a minor annoyance but here goes:When I "Set EXIF Date" to 2000-01-01-12:00:00 with 1 second increments, the first time is set at 12:00:01.Shouldn't it start at 12:00:00, followed by 12:00:01 etc?(I just finished inserting dates and times to 10 000 scanned slides and color and B&W negatives and used times starting from **:59:59 as a workaround. Each image type started from its own hour so they sort neatly without overlapping regards,- Matti
