Don't really know how to describe this accurately, but in GC 10.6.4 running on Mojave 10.14 (18A391), text is acting very weird.
I click on the text tool and type in my text. So far, so good. But as soon as I deselect that layer or object (by clicking elsewhere on the image, say), the text immediately flips over. It's easier to illustrate. Here's the text object selected:

but as soon as I deselect the layer it immediately flips to this:

I imagine that it's some sort of odd Mojave bug, but it's sure tough to deal with or come up with a workaround! Please add to the to-do list!
