wallet size prints

If I need a quick print I go to Walgreens or Walmart and have them print a one hour 4X6 which is the smallest they will print with their Fuji printers. Will graphic converter permit me to supply Walgreens with an image made up of two identical images side by side so that I end up with two 2X3 prints? TIA Leon
