[Closed] unable to open collage (gccollagepkg) files
In the collage utility, after saving a collage, I'm unable to open the gccollagepkg file created by the collage app. Please advise.
Re: unable to open collage (gccollagepkg) files
I've tried both 11 and 12. Interestingly, if I open one of the collage files from the finder, it seems to default to GC9. But after opening GC9, the collage window doesn't appear.

Please forward one gccollagepkg zipped for testing.

I'm told the .zip file is too large. It's 53.2 MB.

Hmm, I just double click and the file is opened by GraphicConverter 12.
Please check the open app with the Get Info command in the Finder:

I changed the "open with" setting in GET INFO for all such file types, but still no luck. Double clicking on the collage file does open GC12, but the actual collage doesn't appear. Also, if I try to open the file from within the app, all the collage files are grayed out as you can see from the attached screen shot.

Do you use the normal version 12 from our website or the Mac App Store version?
Did you try to rebuild your launch database?
Did you try to trash all older versions of GraphicConverter?
