I am trying to figure out the best / fastest way to bulk crop 28 photo in batch mode.
The only way I have found to work as a batch is:
1. Use the cantilever to measure the number of pixels from the top I want gone ¹
2. Use the cantilever to measure the number of pixels from the bottom I want gone ¹
3. Add the margin tool to the batch job.
4. Calculate the height of margin I need to remove top and bottom
5. Run batch.
This works, but seems a bit complicated.
On an image I can select the box via selection and then Edit - Crop.
But I dont see a way to input the this as a step in a batch job.
I do see that I can apply the manually selected range to "all open images"
but I dont want to open all my images that would be a resource hungry and
slow way to go about it.
How can mark a region and add it to the batch
¹ I only need to crop this image vertically, not sideways

Re: An easy way t crop photoso in batch
Thats simple:
Just open one image. Make the desired selection with the selection tool and choose in the context menu: And you get the batch with the settings.
