I have little experience with CAD software but it looks like the "Reference Dimension" and "Dimension by Coordinates" functions may be useful to a drawing I'm trying to create. I've read the sections in the user manual but don't understand the exact steps I need to take nor what I should expect to happen in the drawing.
Is there a sample drawing that illustrates these types of dimensions? And the steps required to add the dimension?
I'm trying to draw a flywheel (similar to the attached; centre of the drawing wheel is 0,0). I'd like to be able to show the x,y coordinates of various features.
