Hello all,
It's been a VERY LONG time since I've come across these old OS 9 images with embedded thumbnail icons but I've recently been doing some spring cleaning of old drives & disks.
I might be confusing Graphic Converter with another image utility but I want to say that I'm pretty sure that GC had a batch function to delete these old icons. Any insight would be highly appreciated.

Apologies for the extremely late reply. Wonderful! Thank you so much. That was exactly what I was looking for.
I wonder though, is it possible to have the function apply to a folder and all subsequent folder and the images contained within them?
I do have a massive amount of these old photos and a huge amount of them contain these icons. Having to manually select tens of thousands of images spread across thousands of nesting folders seems torturous...

Please download the latest BETA of GC:
http://www.lemkesoft.org/beta.html
The function will now ask if all selected folders with subfolders should be processed, too.

I occasionally use the Browser in Flat view so it recursively displays the contents of subfolders.
I sometimes use it to get rid of the enclosing folders by deleting the files and then rescuing them from the Trash (macOS suffixes duplicate filenames).
It seems to work also for recursive editing although sometimes it might then lose focus to the initial folder if files are renamed and it might not always refresh the folder view even after a manual refresh.
