[Closed] Panorama stills to videos

Post by GwentLarry »

Hi,

I occassionally take panoramic images - I take a number of stills and stitch them together into high aspect ratio stills (1:5 and greater) - I'm not sure if GC can do this but I've used DoubleTake for years and find it works well as it allows individual images to be adjusted before the stitching process.

However, displaying such panoramas isn't easy, especially online although I've found a print shop which can print such panoramas.

What I would like to do is convert the panorama still to a video. iMovie sort of does this via the Ken Burns effects option but it's not very satisfactory.

I thought I might be able to do this in GC via the Convert & Modify function but this seems intended to convert a sequence of still to a movie …?

Am I missing something? Can GC do panoramas to videos?

best wishes for the New Year.

Oh, a very special request.

Should the movie scroll i.e. from the left to the right of the image in a predefined time?

Please email a sample panorama to support@lemkesoft.de

Do you want it like this?
Move panorama with mouse or keys right, left, up, down.

I received the sample panorama and your detailed request.

I suggest to use a special movie app for multiple combined ken burn like transitions.

Thanks Thorsten,

Just discovered what I want is actually buried away in some video editing software I already have - Wondershare Filmora!
