When useing the View : Show : Landscape Only, occasionally some Portrait format images are also shown along with the expected Landscape oriented images. The images are displayed correctly.
Is there a specific parameter that this View option uses to determine what is Landscape versus Portrait? Thinking perhaps this parameter (EXIF or otherwise) was accidentally changed in the past. I did look at editing the EXIF orientation parameter and as expected, it actually rotates the image which is not correct here as the image is already displaying properly.
Sample of the Landscape Only is attached.
Update: I noticed that once the files are resized and copied to a new directory, this no longer is an issue. The portrait images no longer show up when filtering to show landscape only. Whatever was causing this seems to be corrected in the copied and resized files.
Will be sending sample files to the support email address as requested shortly.
Thanks,
Jim

Re: Sorting by Landscape occasionally shows Portrait images
Thanks for the sample files.
GraphicConverter uses for quick processing the Exif width and height. That values are not correct in some of your files.
I added now an option to the settings for using the picture content: Also, you can now correct the Exif values with: You need the latest BETA for that:

Re: [Added] Sorting by Landscape occasionally shows Portrait images
Thanks. This fixes the my issue with the Exif not matching the image info. I find that, when I have issues like this, using the Exif Metadata : Width and Height Tags : Set from Image Content works perfectly and fixes the Exif data to the correct values. Also fixed the sorting by width/height issues I was also having.
