[Added] Remove Software from xmpMM - ExifTool

I want to remove all software used to process my images before posting online. I've tried many different things in GC12, but so far I haven't been successful. I'm working on JPEG files.

I am specifically looking to remove information displayed when using the ExifTool Tab under the category listing "XMP-xmpMM, History Software Agent". I need to make sure this information is wiped clean so it cannot be viewed by anyone, using any tool.

I've tried Juggler, EXIF and IPTC menus, but that information always remains visible when looking at it using GC's built-in ExifTool Tab.

How do I remove the information inside that red rectangle (i.e., History Software Agent:)?
