[Solved] Batch definition not being saved
[Solved] Batch definition not being saved
I am trying to set up a batch to scale images to a specific pixel height. When I define my batch, I tell it to resize images to a height of 1987 pixels, then I name it "Resize" and save, but this batch does not appear when I try to use it.

Re: Batch definition not being saved
Do you use the version from our website or the Mac App Store version?
Re: Batch definition not being saved

Just check the dialog from the menu GraphicConverter 12 > About GraphicConverter 12…
It shows Mac App Store or your name.
It shows Mac App Store or your name.
Re: Batch definition not being saved

Re: Batch definition not being saved
I rechecked and found an issue in the Mac App Store version.
Simple email a screenshot from the Mac App Store app from the tab purchased items which shows GraphicConverter 12 to support@lemkesoft.de
I will issue a license for the version outside the Mac App Store which fixes the issue.
The issue will be fixed in the next Mac App Store version 12.5.3. The release is scheduled for the end of July 2026.
