Batch resizing subfolders browser bug

I have a folder called ANIMALS It has the subfolders CATS DOGS LIONS I want to resize everything to 240 pixels height and retain the folder/subfolder structure. Using the Convert window it works as expected. But... Batch resizing from the browser puts all the resized images (CATS,DOGS & LIONS) into the LIONS folder. This has been happening for several relases of GC from 4.9x to the latest 5.1 beta I use Mac Os9 Marino
