Seems like using a macro from Keyboard Maestro always jumps to another app and not another page. Not sure how to get the Select a Menu set up. tried Edit/Navigation Page Up and Edit Navigation/Page up AND even reading manual. Using a wired keyboard Command Page Up/Down does work.
