GraphicConverter: choosing picture size on opening

I had some trouble finding how to change the preference for GC opening a picture because the preference is located in the General/DisplayContent heading NOT in the Open heading as I would have thought. A search of the newsgroups and Hagen's book didn't help either, though I may have been searching on the wrong key words. In any event, I thought a posting couldn't hurt.
