Hello: I'm using a PPC Mac Mini with Mac OS X.4.10 with GCX v5.9.5 PPC. One of the processes of our office involves opening CD's with customer information which are saved in .TIFF format and cataloged using an HTML index. There is no good multi-page tiff viewer for Mac OS X, so I use GC as a viewer and in the process I convert those files to PDF and store them in a document server so everybody can access them in the future. But I noticed that, if I open with GC the .TIFF file directly from the CD and print, it will take seconds to print. If I save the converted file to the desktop as a PDF and print it after closing it, an reopening it with Acrobat Standard 7.0.9, it will take minutes for it to print. is there a way of optimizing the conversion/print process of .TIFF file to .PDF. Thanks, Miguel
